From the Classroom: Students for Students

For Immediate Release

Students in the Contemporary Media and Communications class (PHMS 743) at RIT in collaboration with InterVol– a non-profit located in Rochester NY – are raising money to help build, Ecole L’Erudit de Léogâne (School of the Scholar) in Léogâne, Haiti. The project seeks to raise money to sponsor teachers, pay tuition, provide school uniforms, and continue building the School. If successful, the campaign hopes to provide additional funding for improved tele-medicine capabilities for the greater community.
