RITPhoto student features

A few years ago, #RITphoto decided to launch a competition with the intention of discovering, supporting and promoting a new generation of image makers. The faculty decided to use Instagram as the platform, where students would be able to enter by tagging their best five images with #RITphotoPrize2015. This year, there were nearly 650 entries from students all around the US and beyond, which made the selection process very challenging. The jury, consisting of five faculty members, each selected one winner, and collectively decided on the grand prize winner.

We are pleased to share the work of these very talented students and to congratulate Grace Carr on winning this year’s RIT Photo Prize.
