News from the RITPhoto Cage

Spring semester has started and we are busy as can be. The RITPhoto cage is a huge resource in our community and is always a beehive of activity for student employees and photography students during each and every day. Equipment in the cage changes frequently. It is nothing short of remarkable to see the number of cameras, lenses and other accessories available for check out. We are incredibly appreciative to have great working relationships with so many strategic partners who assist in the helping us to maintain this vitally important resource.
As we start the 2016 spring semester, the cage recently added a few new items. These additions would include a Hasselblad CFV 50c digital back; a Hasselblad H5D-50c camera including lenses and a tilt-shift adapter; Broncolor Siros lighting kits; and Cowboy Studio video rigs.
In February, the cage is hosting training for Phase One cameras designed specifically for the 4th year advertising students. Look for new updates as they become available.
